Dr. Raymond K. Kotsuk is a Professor of Electrical and Computer Engineering in the University of Arizona. His areas of research include holographic techniques, systems, and materials, ion exchange waveguide devices - interfacing to polymer and PBG layers, fiber optic systems including OCDMA, error-correction codes, all-optical network issues, medical imaging sensors including OCT and holographic filtering of coherent image data.
